The Herrington Arms HCRXM is designed to fit the contour of the Ruger RXM slide. We engineered the comp with side fins so it has a seamless design with the RXM slide. The HCRXM will work with the stock springs provided your gun has gone through our recommended break in period of 500 rounds factory new ammunition is used with the threaded barrel you intend to use with the firearm before installing a compensator. When testing this compensator, we have data showing it mitigating 29% muzzle flip reduction depending on what 9mm load is used.

We have seen quality control issues with the new Ruger RXM threaded barrel. These barrels can be oversized and not allow the compensator to thread on all the way!
